BAT's building light still won't show up after update

I just update my SimCity 4. But the issues that the BAT Created building won't show the night lamp is not fixed.

Is there any other fix? The updated EXE version i 1.1.638.0 right??

Night lights need 1.1.640.0... To get this update on the website log in (or register) and in the bat tool page there should be a night lighting fix available.

The file name is: SC4update4BAT.exe

On the left side of the BAT download page at simcity.ea.com, the hot link reads Simcity 4 update, and is 14.4 MB.

One reason that link won't do them any good unless they are registered.  That link takes you to a page to login, if you are not registered,and logged in,  you can't download the file.
