Want to design an airpark

Hello to all.  I am new to this site as well as the world of SimCity.

I have a dream to build an airpark.  For those of you not familiar with these communities, they are built around private runways and allow residents to park their planes in their garages alongside their autos.

I recently ran across some images of buildings made with SimCity and was impressed by the capabilities.  I am curious if there is enough flexibility with the current versions that I would be able to design an airport/airpark?  Also what software version would you recommend I use?

I believe it would be fairly simple to build an airpark with the current packs out there by Voltaire and company, though the taxiways all available are much wider than you'd see at an airpark. But feel free to download the RIMP packs and ACE packs and try.

The New ACE airport pack is coming out tomorrow so you may want to hold off on downloading anything until then.
