Missing some props in 0x073D45xx range

I've got at least two threads going on missing props both in the 0x073D45xx range. If I could find out who was assigned this ID, it will definitely help narrow down the search!

They're both very small props but not knowing what they are or where they are found is driving me crazy!

Answering my own question... I was able to use SC4Tool to give a clue on the missing prop, since it can sometimes list files it for which it tried to scan but didn't find. In this case, I started with PEG_PierSet1_RESOUCE.dat. This helped me find PEG PIER SET Volume One on the Simtropolis Exchange. After installing it, the missing prop was fixed. The prop ID 0x073D45BA was "Effect_SmallFountainA" in PEG_PierSet1_RESOUCE.dat. This also fixed this missing prop on the other lot (CSX Civic - Palace of Justice). In that case, the prop ID 0x073D4581 was "PEG_Effect_Pigeons_5-21" in PEG_PierSet1_RESOUCE.dat.

Lot makers should find SC4Tool extremely helpful in documenting all of their dependencies.
