Has Installed the mod on texture of the land (desert mod with cactuses and sand) and now whole land in play is yellow as in deserts,what(how?) return or install back green land?,that mod(desert mod) have deleted.

What modds it is necessary to install to fill the empty textures under houses?

and snow mod in my plugins folder and comhressed by sc4dat.packer why that has not functioning.There snow does not appear seasonal

It looks like you have a texture conflict there. Try removing plugins one at a time until the problem goes away.

Which snow mod did you download? If you downloaded a land texture, it will be permenant, not seasonal. If you downloaded the Extra Cheats DLL, you will need to move it manually, as Datpacker doesn't recognize DLL files. Then you need to open the cheat box (Ctrl-X, I think), right click on it, and select the snow cheat, then hit enter. Snow will only appear on land above a certain elevation, and only in winter months. Also, with Datpacker, you'll need to make sure you don't have any files that aren't in folders, i.e. you can't have a file in MyDocs/SimCity 4/Plugins, so move it to MyDocs/SimCity 4/Plugins/New Folder or whatever. If you don't, Datpacker won't see it, and you'll have to copy it by hand.
