Universal sidewalk mod?

I was wondering if it's possible to replace all the default sidewalk textures into one certain texture. There are some buildings with sandstone textures, others with pink and red sidewalks, and others with asphault sidewalk textures so I was wondering how and if it was possible to change them all. Well, by default, the sidewalk on the roads and other transit networks is supposed to change to reflect and match the wealth level of the development around it. However, I've noticed that SC4 does a VERY bad job of this, especially if there's multiple wealth levels surrounding the network.

Yes, there is a way to unify the textures, but it involves overriding every single unwanted sidewalk texture with the default one. The biggest part of this would be actually taking the time to identify the textures. After that, it's a piece of cake.

I like the sandstone sidewalk textures and have been using the SMP Sidewalk Reaplcement [sic] MOD, by simtropiaproductions, found on the STEX. The mod works great. I would suggest looking at the file in the Reader to see how the modder(s) accomplished it.
