Hey guys, newbie here.  Does anyone know where i can download some cities to import into my game?  or is anyone willing to send me their creations?

Are you actually looking for a pre-established city or just a terrain map ? If it is a city you want, what are you looking for exactly (i.e. style, city size, etc) ?? The problem you will run into on this and most other sites is the use of custom content which would require you to have all the same plugins as the city creator used.

Cowboy(Texas) has hit the nail on the head.  There is so much custom content these days that storing for transmission of complete cities or regions are unthinkable.  You can get region maps for rendering, but not cities.  The point of this game is to make your own cities.

That's like buying Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas, not even playing a minute of the game, and loading up a 100% profile. What's the point?

Yo - I like to build my own city ;P Thats the point with SC4, but in Simtropolis Vol.1&2, I get buildings in this pack so I can use it in SC4?? I want to make a Norwegian city, and then i need some stuff of vest European buildnings. Sorry for my English, I now it's bad! Best regards Christopher Amundsen

I suggest you make a new topic in the Custom Content section under the STEX category to ask for your Norwegian buildings.  You will get much more attention there.
