Thanks for all the comments, keep em coming. I have not been able to play the game the past few days (real life getting in the way) so no update just yet. But I do plan on a huge update on Friday night. I have some plans on what to do about Middleton and am also downloading some lots and such to make it more realistic. So since I have not played, but have time here at work to use Photoshop I am making some diagrams to help my story.

With the construction of the highway link done the Mayor of Wellington set out invitations to several different companies and businesses to attend the first annual Commerce Conference to be held in one years time when the completion of the city's first civic center is completed.

With these ambitious plans in place it was time to get dirty. Just off the newly constructed highway an access road was built and several zones were laid out. Here is an image of the current proposal.
