After Re-Install

Short story of what happened before:

Tried to use ilive-Reader for the first time to change some values (capcities mostly) but smartly saved as simcity_1.dat and the game refused to start at all...

then I reinstalled both SC4 & SC4:RH, patched and replaced the new plugins folder with the old one. Then I started the region I was working on/playing recently, loading the largest city and BAM, game crashes... okay, I had that from time to time before, so I restarted, but just the same

afterwards I loaded another city in the same region (its as old as the other one, but rural and much smaller) and I had no problem. I had a look around and waited a moment to be sure, the game wouldnt crash. then exited the city, loaded another (bigger) one and BAM, the game crashed again...

of course there must be a problem with some plug in... but I have no idea, what specific one it might be... so Id like to hear your ideas...

if it would be a problem with a building, it just wouldnt appear, right? and if it would be a problem with, lets say, NAM, the smaller town wouldnt work either, since it uses it as well...

after the long story, a picture of the 3rd city (the 2nd that crashes), approx the same area of the city, just "days" (in game) before "now"
