The BAT program

EA's tech support keeps jerking me around, been going on for at least 3 weeks now, they won't give me a new serial number to grant me access to the part of the website from which you download the BAT program.  They expect me to still have the original box and serial number, AND reciept.  PFFT, it's been 3+ years.

Anyways, on matters besides their shoddy customer service, can someone rehost the installation file on a site like yousendit or something so that I can download it without waiting another however long it would take to get them to reset my serial number?
