Age Degradation Rate

All the ingame utilities have the property Age degradation, which alongside the soft/hard thresholds will age the plant. The default Oil Plant produces 7000 MW/H at 100%. A month of simulation time, this turns to 6999, 6998, etc... Compared to SC2K and SC3K, you will NEVER see the full "Actual Capacity", (7000) for long. Is this realistic for utilities to start aging immediately, or that they run at the FULL capacity for a while THEN start aging?

(BTW, I'm aware that you can increase production by 10%, but it's not perfect (7699 instead of 7700)--- (The calculation is (P * 1.1) -1 unit)
