Now that i'm on holiday ive found time to start a proper Region, Yay!

This CJ is gonna consist of 2 major cities, Helensville and another one ill name later

Heres the first shots of Helensville

Downtown Overview

This is the west side of downtown where most of the highrises and rich companys are

The Eastern side of Downtown which is mostly low and mid rise buildings

The tallest building in Helensville is here (you can just see it) and its very lonely here being the only tall building

The Northend which is mostly services such as retail and Motels/hotels

These days its a bit of a dump and need some renovations

Overview of the surrounding areas i've completed

Helensville park is the largest stadium in the city

And finally a shot of all the traffic heading into downtown

ooooooooh! i like that city. downtown is the perfect size for me. not to big yet not to small. you also picked a neat location for the ballpark. the only thing this will all amount to is....my return keep up the good work!

nice start I like the BATs you've used, I would plant some trees or build some parks to lighten up the area because although it looks very nice it also loooks a bit lost for colour

but thats my opinion, good work, keep it up, I'll be wwaiting for more,

Nice road layout - you have obviously put some planning into where they go. Plenty of room for future expansion.

Amerikaner- Traffics awful for a city of only 10000 in that shot, hoping to fix it

TopCliff- Im gonna develop round the stadium next time, though a large stations out of the question as a big one is down the road now

Update 1.1

New Development around Helensville

First of is the Vector Arena just to the west of the CBD, its surround by new midrise offices and the richest apartments in the city

Next up is St Pancras station which is the largest railway station in the region

its in a prime location just outside of downtown Helensville

The Base is large shopping mall directly opposite St Pancras

This is a small office development to provide jobs

Oh wow thats lookin pretty good my friend, im still not quite over your wonderful downtown, but im lovin those condos around the Vector Arena for some reason, i like that strip mall and the Pancras station is very good lookin dont think ive seen that before great work im looking forward to Helensville International

That baseball stadium looks great along with everything else. Keep up the good work.

the city looks good, so does the overview, the only bad point of the overview is the bridge, since there is nothing on the other side, it looks pretty awkward, but apart from that, pretty good city! =)

this looks good, but having level crossings in such close proximity to the city centre looks a bit wierd. But anyway it looks very nice. EDIT: you should develop east near the stadium.

Update 1.2

Helensville Port Phase 1

So far I havent done much on the port

This is the cruise ship dock and the Ports Parking

This is the main area of the port is is still to be extended to the left

Thats all for now
