How do you change images from PNG to JPEG?

I have downloaded IrFanView, now what do I do???

1. Open Irfanview.

2. File>Open {image you want to jpeg-ify}

(If you need to change the picture to 800x600, go through Image>Resize/Resample... before saving as JPEG)

3. File>Save as...>Save as JPG - JPEG Files
