    why are some  Dependancies locked for Administrative purposes its sooo annoying. is there some logical reason are do the uploaders just want u it upload the lot and see brown boxes???

    Usually, and administrative lock has been placed by the author of the lot.  This is done because it either contains errors, has been superseded, moved to another site, or is being replaced.

    Currently many BSC lots and props are moving to the LEX at http://www.sc4devotion.com/

    Other senior BATters have also moved over there.  So go join.  It is free, but you must register on both the site and the LEX.
