Why aren't there any parking lots?

    When I download a STEX building and put it in my city, the parking lots don't show up, they show up as grass or it just blacks out.

    Please help! This is very frustrating.

    Are you downloading the dependencies? there usually listed on the description or readme..

    I opened the BSC Textures MEGA Pack, but it says the file has been locked for administrative purposes. Why is that?
