I'm new to this City Journal business, and since i came home for summer vacation and have the free time, I can actually play SC4.
I'd like to say that I used the map in the STEX called "baltimore" by Rvbaxley. It provided a good place to build cities. I plan on building a few cities instead on focusing on one massive city. Just started. Here are some pictures:

try seeing the sticky on the top of the page... it think its called starting a city journal or something.

The pics are good, but many users can't see the pictures because you have uploaded PNG pics. Conver them first to JPG's. Finally, if you want to present your city with links (not recomended) you do not have to resize the pics.
