Just a few points:

There are more than 175 thousand members at Simtropolis. In any community of this size, there is going to be a certain percentage of idiots who, for whatever reason, try to derail things. It is an inevitable fact.

The "rift", insofar as I can see, has developed due to some people preferring a smaller community than ST, for that reason.

Is it an insult to a city that someone chooses to live in the country? Or vice versa? Then why should it be seen as such here?

Now, I know that wholesale flight has caused issues, and I'm not in support of that. But I do see the issue as being somewhat overblown.

The SC4 community seems lost at sea and is breaking up in several directions to find a way out... A simple disagreement between one or more people can cause total breakups...

I am not sure now if there is any way to solve this fracture... I myself am confused after reading the arguments people made...
