Yes.

It almost sounds like SC simply isn't finding your NAM files. SC assumes to use the current user's My Documents\SimCity 4\Plugins for all plug-ins. One other thing to consider. If you already have other plug-ins, especially any transit-related ones, take extra care to read the documentation in NAM about removing potentially-conflicting ones and follow those instructions carefully.

Something is very weird. When I start a city, I zone some space for residential. When they move in, they are all $$$. But, the houses go on and off from being abanded to being okay. Also. my avenue is constantly changing, is there something wrong with my game?

There's nothing wrong with your game. The streets and avenues change sidewalk textures depending on the wealth of the lot that it's on. About the rich people moving in first, normally the low wealth people move in first. I'm sorry that I don't know what's happening there. TopCliff

You have the right simcity. However, no, don't delete the stuff inside the zip folder, jsut delete the zip folder and keep its contents.

OK, to reiterate all the instruction you have received.

1. Using the delete program, remove the NAM.
2. Delete any files associated with it.
3. Download the NAM.  If the downloads ends with less that 10MB in the file, run the download again on the same file in the same place until it becomes 10MB.  This should be onto your desktop.
4. Unzip this package onto your desktop as a folder with the name of the file.
5. Open this folder.
6. In there, there is a Readmefirst file.  Read it.  Obey it.
7. When you are ready, use the installer to put the NAM into your game.  It assumes your Documents folder is on the C: drive.  If not, you have a problem.
8. Choose the options very carefully.  If you don't understand them, you have a learning curve with the documentation.  There is 20 pages.  You have to read them.
9. Start the game, and look at your network menus.  Many things must have been added.
