Request - Sunken Highway Walls

I'm about to change my Sim City 4 a bit, but for a long time now, i'm in search of these Sunken Highway Walls.

Do anybody know where i can get those?

I'm having trouble being able to set up my sunken highways to be able to fit the walls in correctly. Is there a tutorial somewhere?
