Transit-enabled lots

I'm confused by train stations such as erazor's RoadTop Pass Railway Station, found here:

    https://www.simtropolis.com/stex/index.cfm?id=1937

The train passes through the lot. My first question is: Is this considered a transit-enabled lot?

But my main question is: How do you get the train to pass through the lot? I've studied the SC4Lot in the Reader, and I can't find a reference to a path file.  Is it just the Transit Switch Point in the exemplar? If so, has anyone written about how this property works?

If I can figure this out (ideally with some help), I'll write a good tutorial on it.

Yes that lot is considered as a transit enabled lot. If a train passes straight through a lot it doesn't need a path file as path files are for custom paths. The property which defines whether a lot is transit enabled is the LotConfigPropertyLotObjectData. Below ( the line of writing circled in red) is that line from the smaller station  from erazor's package.

the 0x00000007 (circled in black) says that the particular grid in a lot ( the only one in this case) is transit enabled, the 0x00000001 (circled in green) defines which network (rail, road, street etc.) 0x0020002 (circled in blue) says whether the transit enable is straight or at a 90o turn and the direction (this last bit I'm not 100% sure about.)

An easier way of transit enabling the SC4Tool's transit enabler. which is more user friendly. You can get the SC4Tool from Andreas Roth's signature.

Great. Thank you! One more question, and then I'll make a nice tutorial on this topic. Say I make a path file (which I think I know how to do.) I put it into the DAT and give it a TGI. I'm assuming I would need to reference that TGI somewhere else in the DAT, like in the exemplar, to tell the game to use that path. Where do I set this?

Well apparently you have to add another rep in LotConfigPropertyLotObjectData and add the IID to it, however if you use the SC4tool it's easier, I've tried this but for me it doesn't work so good luck.
