I am so very sorry, my friends, but Delphi Valley is no more. A few days ago, my computer caught a virus and ate itself. Sadly, all my SimCity 4 data was destroyed before I could save it. Someday, Delphi Valley will rise from the ashes and become the great region that it is... shall be!
