Vista Only?

Do you think this game will be Vista only? I really hope that it will be XP compatible because I do not want to have Vista trash on my PC just to play SimCity.  But with Microsoft only making games and software for Vista now... I worry.  I may have to go back to buying Macs again...

Vistas not really that bad. Its actually quite cool. What makes vista seem to huge on RAM are all the 'helpful' programs microsoft puts on your comp to start off.

Eh, it looks pretty, but things just seem to "divided" if you know what I mean. Anyways, That's good to hear that I may be able to run it on my PC

It doesn't look like it is DX10. So I don't think it would be Vista only.

I agree, it doesn't look good enough for DX10. But, that's just now, and there are months to go before final release. The graphics can and should be improved massively. If it was vista, I hope it's 64 bit to take advantage of the extra bits.

I doubt it will be, but if it is there's no way I'm going to buy it. I see no need to "update" to Vista, and I won't be buying another computer for another few years.

Microsoft are definitely still supporting XP at the moment, so chances are games will be coming out to work with both XP and Vista for quite some time. It'll take a whilst for everything to get switched over to Vista and DX 10, but it'll be sweet when that is finally happening!
