Avenue median bug

    Its probably useless to post about this because i've searched and searched and nobody seems to have an answer.  However, I am having a problem of my avenue medians continually changing every 5 seconds from low wealth, med wealth, and high wealth, freezing up the game.  Here is a little better description of the problem

    Does anybody know how to fix it?  I've worked too hard on my city and if I can't get this fixed, I'm going to stop playing.  Ive tried demolishing my avenues and even using the "Suicide Lane" mod to eliminate the medians altogether, with no luck whatsoever (with the mod it just continually changes light type, causing the same freeze up).  I am desperate for help here! Thanks for any replies.

    As far as I can remember, it has something to do with a large BAT building on one side of the Avenue.  The solution was to destroy the building, save, then replop the building.

    Anybody know which building it might be?  I've buldozed pretty much everything non-maxis and it still has not stopped.
