I normally keep my nose out of such things, but THIS comment is rude.  You write a post like that telling someone who is new here to make it "readable"?!  You couldn't be bothered to spell maybe" correctly.  "Marginly"?  You're not trying to be "rud"?  When you compose your message, the little red squiggly underline means it's misspelled.

You are being rude, whether you're trying to or not, and I suspect you knew that or you wouldn't have written what you did.  There's been a lot of discussion around here lately on why the site seems to be dying.  My theory is that it's because of posts like yours that make newcomers feel stupid and angry.  A little blue smiley face doesn't make a mean comment any easier to take.  How do you know this poster isn't someone for whom English is a second language?  Think before you respond.  If you're not adding anything helpful, don't bother adding it.

This topic still hasn't answered the question which i've also been wondering. Well, it sort of does (Thanks Carmine) but not fully. Anyone care to go into detail? I get the vague idea it's a mod development place or something.

its the greatest collection of custom content for sc4 in the world. its where users can upload and download buildings/mods/lots/maps ect. for sc4. For more information i suggest you look in the omnibus, which is basically like a encylopedia of ST knowledge.

oh I thought you were refering to the Stex... If that's the case, then I must agree, the Stex is not THAT user friendly for newcomers. I was like lianne777 in the beginning (dependencies, what to download what not to download, things that needed to be removed because of updates etc...) Not a question of readability really but I just think things should be more  "formatted" and organised in the Stex before you lose interest because it's just taking too much time... I mean, patience is a virtue but not all of us are that "virtuous" 

Don't feel bad about asking basic questions... To get pertinent info I needed on the Stex I remember I had to go ALL around the site to find it AND ask questions... and still do...
