Besides form updating the game,how can I turn on the lights of the building that I downloaded?
Someone said that there is a mod that can turn the lights on,then what is that mod?Where can I download it?Please help!

I havn't downloaded it but to make BATs light up theres a download at simcity.com I think this is although I could be wrong

first make sure you have the update at sc4.com, then make sure your buildings have proper amounts of power, water, and roads. in other words, make sure they are not abandoned. O btw did you make sure the game was at night?? you wont see nitelites in the day.

Yes, patriots_1228 is correct. Lights will only turn on at dusk or during the night.
