Grand Rail Station

I have never been rewarded with this even though all my cities meet the requirements and my rail network is pretty extensive and very heavily used.  Whats up with this?

The only two ways to get it are with the U-Drive-It missions, or the "I don't deserve it" cheat.

The u drive it mission is, the Freight Train "Train Station Tour", you need more than 3 freight train stations, and more than 20 rails [sections].

The cheat is ctrl and X keys, and type "I don't deserve it", with a space, and the quotation marks. That will allow all rewards.

I really screwed that up, it should be "You don't Deserve It", without the quotation marks.
