Your incoherent rant sounds to me like the problem many SC4 players experience when they play the game. Try looking in the STOmnibus section for tips in starting a new city.

nooo, i know its a something that i download.i playd sim city from 2003 withaut downloads and city grow normal now wen i playd with mods its dont grow.

In order for us to tell you what mod is causing the problem, you're going to have to list every mod you have in you plugin folder. If you can remember around the time you started to have problems, then go to the folder and sort according to creation date or something like that and look around the time you started to have problems and that might make the search a little faster.

Another way is to pull out half of you mods in your folder and start your game. If it helps, it was in the mods you took out, if not, it's still in your plugin folder. Take the half that has the bad mod in it and half it again and see if it helps, if not, wash rinse repeat until you find the mod. It'll take time, but you should find it that way.

yes its a mod problem.i cleard all plugin folder and than demand for cemercial grow.
