Toll Booths

    I finish a toll booth on Gmax (BAT) yet does anyone one know where I take it so it works as a toll booth, do I exported from Gmax to the lot editor to the game or what program do I need. Please any help will be welcome and a big thanks

    When you export/render it, it's saved in the plugins folder. Then it shows up in as a model in the Plugin Manager, drag to the toll booth folder. Then you can use it to edit a toll booth lot in the Lot Editor.

    If you did it in gmax rather than the BAT gamepack under gmax, you'll have to import it to the BAT first and then render it.  Rendering will place it in your Plugins folder as a .sc4model.

    To convert it to use the lot editor, you first pass it through the Plugin Manager to give it a type and other attributes you want, such as capacity.  The PM will place a .sc4desc file for this in your plugins folder. 

    Now, you can go to the lot editor, and pick the building up.  Modify whichever toll booth you want to change, and replace the main building.  You should use the Save As option in the lot editor to create a new exemplar for your booth.  If you don't do that, the new lot will replace the old one in the game until you delete it.
