Simcity 4 website login problems

their website says that the product is already registered but i havent ever registered before...i bought the game brand new in 2005 and no one has ever seen my serial number..i have tried contacting them and explaining my situation but they say that it isnt an error on their  side am confused at to what to do because all i want to do is go on and download a few things and that is it......nothing else but i cant do this because it says that it is already been registered or is invalid.........so sorry if this isnt the right spot to post this i couldnt find where to post it....but i would appreciate it tremendously if someone would be kind enough to help with this problem of mine.

Nono...there's a solution...to my knowledge...I believe there's a sticky announcement on this topic above if you need help. If not, try the bugs+technical issues stickies. Hope it helps.
