Installation Help!!!!!!!

ok i just bought simcity 4 deluxe edition and the insatalation is driving me insane, ok i put in the code and that its fine and than it starts installing than at aroun 48% it says to put the second disc so i do and click ok so than it does nothing after that. i try taking the disk out but than is says put it back in, and all it does is a big hour glass plz help mre i got all other programs off even my Norton Security plz help me

Did you click ocntinue? Otherwise uninstall what you have so far and run it again. Make sure there are no scratches on the disk and that your drive is clean.

... and turn off autorun on your drive.  Also check the vendor site for your drive and see if there are any firmware or driver upgrades.

I have the same exact problem. You have to take the disk out "right" when it says so. Then after you put the second disk in you have to wait a few second then push ok. If that doesn't work you have to try several times and maybe even 10 times before it starts on the second disk. You can also try to wait even more after you put the second disk in or you can try different waiting times and it should eventually work. At least that is what happened to me.
