Industrial City Police Services

I was wondering what municipal services are needed and which services are not needed at all in an Industrial City (city with only industrial zoning, no res or com)? I realize Fire Station coverage is very important, but what about policing? I get the impression that police stations only do good in residential cities? And maybe commercial cities too? Does my City with only industrial zoning need a police station at all?

All zones prefer low crime, but i guess only residental, commercial and most likely also I-HT care too much about it. You should maybe also think about putting bus-stops and other MT in it if you haven't already

if your city has 0 habitantes, then it has 0 thieves thats SC4 logic, people wont travel through cities to steal and stuff.

No police, no schools, since there is no population.

Anything beyond I-Ag needs water

Fire protectioni for sure

Power.

Maybe waste management

Pollution controls if you plan on I-HT, but that also requires the same stuff as Co§§§, so I-HT may just as well be in your R/C city.
