Automata Speeds

Hello, firstly I have searched and searched for the answer to my question and as the forum is so dang big i cannot find it so I'll ask:

There is a setting in, I think, the Automata plugin for the NetworkAddon Mod, that i once edited with info from a post on this site that let me choose what speed the automata went on different networks (Street, Road, Ave, etc).

There was a value for streets, Roads, Ave, Highways, etc and you can set them how you wanted.

I think the automata is too quick, and i once had all the traffic more realistic, nice and slow on the streets, and slower than standard for the other road types.

Can someone please tell me what thing i need to edit to change these, i read it on a post somewhere on this site, but that was like a year ago and i can't find it again.

I think they go too fast, too. I'd love to change it some way, preferably making only a visual difference as i don't want to mess up my road networks.
