So, I was trying to reproduce the beach area of a neighbourhood in my city, but when placing many beaches side by side, the avenue decoration, between the two roads change and looks horrible, can someone explain why/or tell a way to fix it?

Here I have 3 beaches placed together, the avenue looks just fine

But now, when I set the 4th, the avenue's look change..

its because of thse to what i think are 1/2 abondon buildings and the no job dot, try deleting the buildings, or place a few parks, should change it back...

The best workaround is to not make them abut an avenue. Try keeping a space of a couple of tiles between the beaches and the avenue, then bring in a little road/street, if you have to (parks do not require roads, but for the sake of aesthetics...). Then use the extra tile space to zone low/med Res housing (go for row homes, they look nice in that set up).

Your no job zot is really caused because your poor sims living there have no two way traffic. You need to bisect the avenue about every six tiles to allow sims to come and go to there own residence. As you have it now they have to go to the next city just to get back home. As a rule I never put residential at the end of an avenue at the border to another city; at least without a cross street or road so they can turn around .

ohh i get that alot, it seems placing a park next to it fixes it, or even a bus stop, but go with a park :hop:

Well I tried placing recreational facilities next to the avenue:

    parks, soccer fields, and stuff.

    but I got nothing.

Avenues are very sensitive to having similar properties on both sides.  Use a sandbox region and test by putting buildings on one side of your avenue, some unzoned area on the other with the beaches beyond that.
