Looking For UrbanSprawl

Im trying to find UrbanSprawl  as he origanly released Park Place Mall.

So as per any rules do i need his permisson to re-upload the lot.  Or as 

long as I give him credit for the orginal work and design?  Any thoughts

I'd just love to have Park Place Mall again (I lost it in December when I accidentally reformatted my harddrive). Perhaps you can search for him here in the forums; he might have an email address in his profile.

Well i did locate UrbanSprawls profile and he was last on 4/07 and hasnt been on since and looking at some of his post couldnt find no refrences to an email.

Alright since i haven't had any definite answer what i should do about the lot in question i will just upload it and give UrbanSprawl credit for the lot and thank him for the original work. So look for my first release coming to the STEX soon, after testing and all that good stuff first - pat
