Sidewalk Wealth Mod

     Hi everybody,

     When I build my cities, I often try to make them as realistic as possible (although they're not good enough for the CJs! ).  So, when I build neighbourhoods, I always want the same sidewalk colour, which makes different wealth levels impossible, especially in downtown areas.  So my question is:  is there a mod or something that makes all of the sidewalks the same (so if the neighbourhood was low, medium and high wealth together the sidewalk would be as if it was a high wealth neighbourhood)?
