needs some more work. theres skyscrapers in the middle of nowhere, and next to the skyscrapers, there is no custom content. the ideas nice but this needs some work.

I plan to upload the newspapers to the site and also 10 new pictures. I still rekcon that the site will be completly finished within the week - and possibily early next week.

I have now released the Kobe Council Page - All errors have been fixed with the form. I also plan a big update in the coming months. It will blow your mind.
