there's another maxis building that is from frankfurt too, based on the messturm. Its kind of round and has a pyramidal top to it. Actually I think a lot of the euro set skyscrapers are based on large towers in Frankfurt.

Anyways I thought that Tri-Tip was beige and orange and looks nothing like that? the building that deever posted I thought was called wallace condos or something like that. here is a pic of a really crappy lot on the STEX  that is mostly made of what im talking about:
