how do I attract high comercial jobs to my city?

I have a city of about 200k pop. My Comercial RCI demand for CO$$$ and Co$$ is all the way down. I have $$$ and $$ residents in my city and i have water police, and fire coverage and even an airport. I must be missing something, for high wealth comercial building are not developing.

There are numerous things you have to consider:

These things attract and help them grow.

I normally at the start lower the tax for CO$$$, CS$$$, CO$$, CS$$ to attract them and after they have grown (a few years) I increase the tax. The other things you need to consider are:

-Garbage

-Lower Crime

-Lower Air Pollution

-Increase Traffic

-Near Landmarks

-Near Residences

Don't forget:

- water (necessary for any tall skyscrapers other than the mid-rise buildings)

- education

- R$$ and R$$$ but not necessarily. I have a city of 425,000 and about 2/3 are R$, and I have a healthy downtown.

- I almost never build landmarks and put parks instead. It does the same thing, as landmarks and parks will increase desirability of the area, spurring growth.

- Add some R in the downtown to maintain demand and to reduce commute times

And remember the neighboors.There are very important for large buildings.There + demand for yours citys.
