Help please

i have downloaded a Few lots but i'm lost on how to put them in my city i have upgraded to the newest version and when I download them they are not in my plugins folder even though when I download the same one it say the the file already exists can someone shed some lite on this for me please??

Hope you had unzip them before....... or i cannot help you anyfurther !

doesn't give me the option to unzip them like I said it says they are downloaded but I can't see them in my plugins folder and when I use winzip to search for zipped files it don't show them there either.  I'm so lost

are you saving them to your plugins folder, or is it going to either your my docs or downloads folders?
