Is there a Simoleon Modd out there that works for me? I have the regular Sim City 4 (non-rush hour) and windows XP.  The "Simoleon Modd" modd doesn't seem to work. It states that I have the 25 million in the very start of the city. However, after the founding, is see that I start out with much less. I think it was 100,000.

I seriously doubt you'll find a safe one.

I think you should bite the bullet and go buy a copy of Deluxe.  Most of the modds and lots on this board are now written expecting rush hour.

We are not talking about all the money in the world, especially if you can find it a Wal-Mart.

N_O_Body is right. Buy Deluxe, it only runs about $15 USD now. It will greatly improve the game, and you will be able to take advantage of all the great items on this site, like the NAM and Hole Digging Lots.

Simoleon RH modd worked for me instead, try that one guys if Simoleon Modd doesn't work.
