medium city of 210,000, income: ~$750,000, draw in about $7,000 monthly. I've managed to keep the city profitable from the beginning, my lowest funds were about $25,000.

I use the Network addon Mod and the 4x industry multiplier

I don't see how you can improve much beyond those numbers without cheating.

56,000,000 as total money and 26k income. I don't use cheats i just let my money sit for a while. Only mod i use is the NAM for my project.
