Population data/ all data does not appear!

As you can see here all the data is missing.  And when i enter a city, it crashes; this just happened recently. I thought it may have been things i put in the plugins folder recently but i deleted those and still it doesnt work! I am at a total loss here and need to find a solution, THANKS!

Looks like something has stepped on your game.  Save your plugin directories and your regions directory, uninstall the game, and reinstall it.  Don't forget to repatch it.

Oh NO! Is there no other way to fix this??? What could have caused this! How do i save my plugin directories and regions???

i dunno, just a suggestion...

try to backup your region folder and plugins, then reinstall your game...

when you finished, place back your region map into your region folder and plugins, hope it works...

Well, I hope you have a DVD Burner.  You need a blank DVD-R (an RW would be better).

Copy your folders to the DVD:

1. My Documents\Simcity 4\Regions
2. My Documents\Simcity 4\Plugins
3. Program Files\Maxis\Simcity 4\Plugins

Now, go to Add/Install Programs in your control panel and uninstall the game.

Reinstall it from the disks, then update it from the official site.

After that, copy the directories back from your DVD to their proper locations.

I backed up my plugins and region files on a different folder. WHen i loaded the new recently installed game, i get this. I have all the cities from the past in the folders but it wont incorporate in the game. Can anyone help, thanks!
