Not Appearing :(

I have downloaded 3 buildings that dont appear or atleast fully. the simple grass field, 3 track grand station and a city jail. for the train, the rails dont appear and also the parking lots. for the jail only the base appears of for the grass nothing appears. I have all the dependinecs that it says are requirered. I dont know why it isnt working becasue it worked for me b4 i reinstalled windows. I am also using the latest version of simcity. Any help would be aprreciated, thankyou.

After you reinstalled your game, you undoubtedly repatched it from the home site as well.  Did you remember to reset your graphics to high?  The home site set you to defaults (low) when you update from there.

yes, all of my graphics are set to the highest level. i have no clue why it isnt working....

If the lots were BATs, they may have several pieces involved.  You may find .sc4lot, .sc4desc, .sc4model and .dat files in the download.  Put them all in your plugins.

they ll are, i dont know what the problem is, i mean it worked fine b4 and after i reinstalled the game it doesnt. i have everything in the right place. maybe there is a certain texture issue or something?

you may be missing some dependencies. check the readme for each building and make sure you have all of the files.

the grass field one has all dependencies included in the file i am 99.9% sure i have the dependences for all of the files

Take a look at the lot with the SC4Tool.  It will list the dependencies.  You may be missing some of the standard ones that are not usually mentioned:  Lots as props V1 and V2.
