Just in case you didn't see my post just above your last, these houses you want are already in the game of SC4, they are standard R$$$ Growable Maxis houses. You cannot download them from anywhere.

Edit: If you want them to be ploppables, just use the LE to do so or ask for them to be made here.

BTW if youre looking for a dependancy, go to SC4D and go to the forum. When youre there scroll to the bottom of the page and click on "Looking for a Dependancy?". A list will pop up and you can look on the list
