Help With Residental Building

There are a lot of big residental building from Hong Kong in the stex. I've downloaded some of this buildings but they function as landmarks. Is there a way that these big Honk Kong residental buildings also fuction by having occupants in them.

Read the readme-s. Msst of the LOTS for the growable are very specific. For instance 10x7 is 10 across and 7 deep. When zoning always use High Density and hold the ctrl button down. Almost all of the HK stuff has it separate folders for clear distintcion. For instance. GROWABLES, LM, PLOP and MODEL. Almost all of the HK stuff is growable. All of them are only growable in the European Tileset as declared in the readme.
