Locked Items?

I dropped in to download a lot and found that it was "Locked for Administrative Purposes..."  Does anyone know the reason for this?

If the file is locked, there could be a number of reasons why this has happened. The author of the file could have found a problem with it and so could have locked the file until it has been fixed and so if you check back in a few days it could be open again. Another reason could be that a staff member has seen that the file has no picture or information contained within it and decided to lock it, this may remain locked.

If you post a link here to the file you want to download, we might be able to tell you whether the file will be open again.

Thanks. This is the link---As a matter of fact, I downloaded this lot successfully a while back but lost my files due to a computer problem at the time.

That was a user lock. If I remember correctly, Bobbo locked his files because he found an error in them and was going to fix them but either never got around to it or had the project set back because of difficulties.
