I've had this interchange BUT....

This interchange .. along with 3 others worked fine... Then all of a sudden it stopped... I can still see all of the interchanges that I've done before.. such as the one pictured... but if I try to do something new ... I toggle through the appropriate off-ramp area on the highway interchange it's no longer there.   I think the file may be corrupt.. and would like to download another one... I just don't remember where i downloaded it from.... any help would be appreciated.... (The read me that comes included with this file is intirely in German).  Or is it possible there is a file conflict... Is anyone else having this perticular problem
