Lot editor troubles

My LotEditor does'nt paint any strings - all buttons, listboxes are clean.
Why?

Eeek, that's not one I have come up against before. I would suggest that you have something missing from the installation. Best plan, reinstal and see if that works. If not, go to http://simcity.ea.com/ and download a fresh installer (you can also get that on my site btw - http://www.simcities.com/main.php?page=downloads). You will need to register your game with the EA site to be able to download, and with my site, yeah, same, but you simply need to sign up lol

I am from Russia and in Documents&Settings's SimCity directory there were files with russian names.
