Oceanside Regional Area

I finally reinstalled Sim City 4 Rush Hour on my new Comp. I couldnt, however reinstall my old Region, Palm Vista. So I'm Starting New. 

Currently I'm focusing on the main City - Oceanside. The Population is only about 20,000 or so

I have basicly the southeastern part of the City Completed. Downtown should start soon.

The Start of the Eastern Part of Downtown, a nice cluster has formed.

Lawrence Island, with the Two (so far unnamed) bridges connecting to the mainland.

Another small cluster outside Downtown.

Wow, this is great. I really like the "broken grid" -- it's griddy but not a perfect grid, like a real downtown would be. And I like the way you brought out the warm colors. Looking forward to seeing some more, including region shots.

Looks good! Those palm trees are a little tall in the first pic though. Well developed centre.
