    I have a res. neighbor hood right behind  a avenue filled with com. jobs. In fact i zoned the residential first(med density) then i saw the no job zots and com. is booming and i decided to throw in some com. jobs near by along the avenue so they would have some jobs but the zots still havent disappeared, I take the lil ? and hover it over the commercial jobs and still says no commuters and the same over the homes. I made sure their is good transportation in between the two zones. I will post a pic when i get home to show you exactly wat im talking about.(sims are so picky32.gif)

    If it's rush hour, use the traffic query tool to find out whether the rez can get to their workplaces. Could be transportation.
