Getting a city with all "U drive it" unlocked

Is there anywhere where you can download a city with all "U drive it" unlocked? My CD key does not work for the Sim City registration on the SC4 website so I can not download their Optimized U-Drive-It City. Also, is there any other way to register to the SC4 website so I can get to their exchange and downloads?

Without registering there is no way to get the downloads from simcity.ea.com

You can try the " you don't deserve it" cheat to unlock all the building with U-drive cars

Well I personally dont know where you could get something like that. You could use mods, cheats and so if you want some fun with U-drive.

However, you still can't get all the missons with just the reward buildings. many missions are unlocked with certain city factors(e.g. residential populations, transportation systems that you have, stuff like that) Look in the back of the sim city manual, where you'll find a big chart outlining the requirements of almost every mission in the game, except the 3 or 4 that are related to a special secret reward building.
